RATIONALIZE

This verse was meant by its creator to convey the deep need in a human being to notionally self camouflage their true motive, belief or activity in a given set of circumstances, because the reality would be too difficult to cope with. 

The illusion on the reverse side of the t-shirt, created by a gentleman named Paul Agula, artistically and masterfully displays the word "Liar" while at the same time presenting a human facial profile.  We thought this was quite fitting in this framework because people lie to themselves.
