EMOTIONAL CLEANSE (Women's)

"Looking for an emotional cleanse...  try becoming one of your own best friends."

This T-shirt was a collaboration between two authors. One author was experiencing a downturn in their life and after a candid lengthy conversation between the two people a game plan was devised. The words were later created to summarize that for every problem a solution can be found within oneself. Reflecting deeply and honestly can bring about profound change and sometimes result in simple understandings such not being so critical of our mistakes.
